I write the reviews last month about Santam regarding a claim that I had with them. So this will be my second review with you hello Peter because even now I don't know what happened with my claim. I have a case now with Santam regarding my claim. After MTN rejected my claim I sent my claim to Santam for father investigation because I was not happy with the outcomes. So now my big problem is MTN because Mr Koopman who's busy with my claim his struggling to get information from MTN regarding my claim. Even on Friday last week I had to sent email again to Mr Koopman just to find out what happened because it was supposed to take only 3 working days according to him.so now it's been more than 3 weeks. I just wish MTN can give Mr Koopman a final feedback because now it's been 3 months without a phone. Not happy at all 😔😢
