My name is Tshifhiwa ***

I had a contract with MTN and I paid and showed all the proof yet it shows that I owe them

I went to the the bank to apply for a home loan and that's when I found out I owe MTN... I called and even went to their offices yet they still taking me Pilar to post

It's been a month and weeks now and no one seems to be helping me,the manager is telling me that the consultant is still busy with the case and the consultation is telling me the manager is Still busy with the case.

No one is willing to take the matter seriously and take accountability.This is really affecting me to be honest, I need this for my family and my profile is in bad record with something I don't know, I regret even taking a contract with MTN and I won't advice anyone working with MTN
