I WOULD LIKE MY NUMBER BACK NOW!

I was hacked yesterday and immediately when to do a swim swap, at the MTN shop they said it would take 3 hours after 3 hours I called and they said it would take 24hours, after 24 hours I called and they said it has been unsuccessful because the hacker declined the sim swap because he has control of my number, I was asked to do it again

This incident has literally turned my life upside down in 24 hours, the hackers are hacking my contacts further and are requesting money from all of them

I requested the matter to be treated with priority because someone has literally taken over my life and their sim swap systems are clearly not working & neither are their IT systems because how on earth did this happen, how did someone do a swim swap with my number and its not me ???

Secondly Why does it take so long do a sim swap with ***** cases? There should be a system in place to prevent these *****sters from further doing damage by blocking the number temporarily or something, I'm literally watching them online texting my contacts and doing ******** things with my number and MTN Its telling me I need to wait for 24hours? which has now rolled on to 48hours? do you know how much damage will be done by then???
