I WOULD GIVE A MINUS ONE STAR IF I COULD

I am at a complete loss as to how I have now been blacklisted due to MTN's credit / ***** division's incompetence. I have a matter that I thought was sorted out in 2021 already, but now when I apply for a further loan, I see I am blacklisted - FOR DEBT AND AN ACCOUNT I DONT EVEN HAVE WITH MTN. I was told in 2021 to send through a sworn affidavit declaring I do not have an account with them nor do I owe them any money, which I did and they accepted. But now I see I cannot apply for credit anywhere due to their utter incompetence. I really hope they are a company that responds because my family are also very close to porting over to Vodacom due to shocking, non existent service delivery.
