I have been experiencing ongoing issues with MTN for several years now, as I am unable to make or receive calls. Despite visiting multiple MTN stores, I am repeatedly advised to call customer care—something I am unable to do due to the very issue I’m trying to resolve.

Email support has proven to be very slow, and I have specifically requested that MTN contact me via WhatsApp, as this is currently the only reliable way to reach me. Unfortunately, this request has not been accommodated.

As a result, I am losing income and remain unreachable, with no meaningful support or resolution from MTN to date.
