*******, I have waited 21 days and now you are telling that I should wait another 48 hours.

I lost out on a vehicle that I had been approved for in September 2023. Now I have app**** for another one and I'm about to lose it because of your stupid and useless ***** department.

I now have to phone every few days to find out the progress of the case and I'm told to wait 21 days and on that day I'm told I have to wait another 48 hours.
