I WON’T RECOMMEND MTN TO ANYONE

It’s been over 2 months that i’ve paid my account in full , however mtn still decided to hand my account over to a DCA , the customer service team don’t know what they are doing ! and it’s the worst customer service i’ve dealt with! advisors putting the phone off in my ear while i’m talking and not calling me back. all my proof of payments were sent and it’s been over 2 months now and nothing is done to clear my name!
