I WONT RECOMMEND MTN INSUARNCE TO ANYONE

I have been struggling with MTN insurance for more then four months. They are deducting 3x cellphone insurance policies every month, instead of only one which I app**** for. Countless e-mails, telephone calls and empty promises later I still need to cough up an astronomical amount every month. The store also can't assist me, and refered me to the insurance customer service where I dealt with staff members that just escalate the query without any results.
