I wish we had better options
Poor below par experience at the Centurion and Mall of Africa stores - supposedly owned by MTN. I went to both stores trying to get a simple esim swap/RICA done, but no one seemed to be able to help me. One agent tried, RICA pending. Didn't happen by next morning. Got a phone number but no answer. I would not recommend this carrier to anyone.
