I will not recommend anyone to use MTN ever!!!!

MTN is excelling in bad service by the day! I have been using a MTN sim card for the past 8 years until a ***** sim swap was done, I called their call center I was never assisted. I went to the branch with the supporting documents that the number belongs to me, instead the staff at Boulders Mall told me they can’t help since it’s prepaid I should open a case against MTN. I let it go and had to change the numbers everywhere I registered with. AGAIN! I AM A ***** victim. Someone went to MTN Ficksburg Free state while I stay in Soweto and took 2X IPhone 12 and an Apple Laptop with my information. After seeing a R13 000 debit order bouncing on my account I went to the branch where I was told I needed to submit an affidavit then I will need to wait for 21days for feedback. I reported this on the 26th of June 2021 and I have not received any call or email. I am wondering who approved these contracts because I doubt my payslip and statements were present.
