I will never use MTN again nor recommend them, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

So we upgraded 2 devices last week and was told the order was placed. When we failed to receive further communication we called in and was told that the order was not completed as yet. An email was sent to Joyce by another agent to call us back, to which nothing was done. We laid a complaint on facebook about not being called back so we called this morning only to be told by another agent there is no stock. All this is appalling because there is a lockdown looming and we need the phones for our work. How can you treat your clients like this????
