I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO MTN

I don't even want to give 1 star - if there was a -10 option, I would've chosen that. I have been trying to change over my contract to pay as you go for over a month. Every time I get to cancellations, the agents just put down the phone in my ear. That is absolutely ridiculous service from a big service provider!!!
