I will never recommend MTN

I am honestly so disappointed in my service provider. MTN! And have been ********** for the last time. When I buy airtime, I get half the airtime credits on my phone than what I pay for. For example if I buy R60, I ONLY receive R20/R30/R40. I have tried to contact MTN and before I can even get in touch with a call agent, the airtime is depleted and I need to top up again. I'm spending a fortune on airtime. BESIDES THAT, I have another contract with MTN which is a 30GB monthly package for a once off fee of R299 per month, however some months I receive 25GB, other months 20GB and other months the full amount. This is two seperate numbers with two different problems. I will never in my life recommend MTN as they overcharge firstly for DATA, secondly I've been ********** one too many times and I will definitely be switching networks once this is sorted.
