I will never recommend MTN!

Pathetic. I placed an Order for an MTN Wifi Package. I see the payment went off on the 10th of October. I was then notified that it was cancelled on their side. I then asked for a refund with no response. On November 8th I asked when I will be getting my refund again. I have also been speaking to the Facebook Team and don't even get me started with them. Most useless customer service I have come across. They keep telling me to send proof of payments through to different emails which I have done and still absolutely nothing. I still want my refund!
