I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MTN AGAIN

I was contacted telephonically for an upgrade, and accepted an offer of 10gigs per month for R99.

Instead I received some nonsense, MTN Mega Gigs XS, which provides 1.98Gigs splits a cross multiple media platforms, which is completely useless, and is basically daylight *******.

The call waiting times are just absolutely ridiculous, and I've sent multiple emails, to which I've received SMS responses showing a query being opened and immediately closed. I've emailed the complaints department, with no response.

I've now contacted the National Consumer Commission and am seeking legal advice. This is *****.

After 16 years with MTN I will NEVER do business with you again!!!
