I will my contract term was over already!!!!

Can you please sort out your billing issues on my contract. I had the same issue regarding this contract last year! I called the cal lcenter last week and I was promised that someone will call me back to resolve the issue. I have been waiting for that call till now. Here is a reference number ***!
