I will cancel with MTN

I have been billed far above my contracted amount and, despite trying to reach customer care for the past three days, I have received no assistance. MTN is quick to call when offering upgrades, yet fails to respond when the error is on their side. If I do not receive a call back today, I will be left with no choice but to cancel this service.
