I went to Maponya mall a couple of days ago and I wanted to get the R269 router. When I got to the door I was told that I needed a 3 months bank statement however when I got inside the lady told me a different story. She was unwilling to help and didn't really care much about the complaint that I told her. I told her that a print out costs money even if its R4 but its still an inconvenience, she just pretended like I didn't say anything and continued with the application.
