I was warned of MTN

On the 16th of May 2016 I went online and app**** for a contract with MTN (Big Mistake), on the 17th I was called to confirm the Order, before they called I found a better phone on the same contract so when the call centre called I tol he that I wanted a different phone a S6 Edge 64GB on My Call 100 for R469 a month. When the delivery guy showed up I was surprised to find that I have been sent a 32GB version of it on a different cotract which is R50 less. Called MTN same hour and they said they could not help me because the SIM is not activated so I opened the phone and activated the SIM called back and they said I need to speak to a Mamotse Mdhluli who helped me with the contract. To this day I have been strugling to get hold of this individual and everyone else refuses to help. I want a ****** replacement of the correct phone or cancell this contract as its not what you and I agreed on. I have been calling every third day and nothing they keep saying they have sent her emails but to this day I haven't had a reply. I will have to get my lawyers involved if I don't hear from you, you are violating my consumer protection act!!

This was some sort of a ****** ploy to shut me up, to this day nothing from MTN haven't heard from them and still refuses to help me.
