I was ****med by MTN South Africa

I have purchased a SIM card last week Monday at 6:15 am online. And was promised that it would be delivered in 1-5 days . Till today no one has contacted me and I have sent several emails to them and no one bothered to contact me back. I think I was ****med by MTN South Africa.
