I took a Mondo contract online on the 26th of August on Mtn. The agreement of the debit payment was R100 but they deducted R300 from my account and they said this was the amount we agreed on even though I clearly took it because of the cheap price. They now refuse to pay me back my money or refer me back to the right people to talk to. Such poor customer service.
