I was overcharged on the 1st November 2017, nothing is been done even now
I was overcharged R1566.73 on the 01/11/2017 and I've send million emails and a called 808 but I haven't received my money even today my monthly instalment is R229 not R1565.73 All I need is My MONEY

14 Nov 2017, 21:11HI Alice van derived Mere, I want my money to be credited to my bank account as per my contract that I signed with mtn, I didn't budget that money just to sit on mtn account so please as per contract I pay monthly instalment of R229 not R1575.73
