I was Overcharged

I have signed a contract with MTN where my monthly subscription would be a set R158 yet last month i was charged R450 Upon taking out this contract i was told that my monthly premium would be a fixed amount and once i reach my monthly limit it would get cut yet i was charged for " out of rate bundles" Upon querying this with MTN i was told that there is no limit set . They have sent through a query on behalf of me and the only feedback i got was to say that there was out of bundle fees charged and they did not query the fact that i was told my premium wouldn't change and no follow up from that . If my data or airtime was finished on the phone then it would not allow me to browse or make calls so how was i charged "OUT OF BUNDLE RATES" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am furious with the service i got from the call center as they speak down upon you as if you have no idea how data works . If i don't have data and i cannot load a page to browse ,how could i have been charged and for what ?

I hope by ' crediting my account' you do mean the cash that was taken out and not in data form or anything else!
