I WANT TO TERMNINATE MY MTN CONTRACT WITH THEIR RETENTION CENTRE THAT DOES NOT SEEM TO EXIST!

I have been with MTN SA since 2002 on renewal contract basis every 24 months. Now I want to terminate the contract and they are giving me a run around with their retention centre, the retention department is never ever available to take calls to assist me however long I stay on hold. I am beginning to wonder if there is a retention department to begin with because it's easy for them to call you when they sell their products, but when we have to cancel anything with them it's very difficult. I have been calling that department for the longest time everyday without any luck... can HelloPeter please help me so I can get out of the contract as I am currently unemployed and I have reached my date of contract expiry in March and I want them move me to Pay As You Go (PAYG). Never again will I ever want to deal with MTN on contractual basis because they tie you down with them forever and you can't get out.
