I WANT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!!!
Wow where do i begin...<br> <br> I logged a complaint on here Tuesday after i struggled to reach the insurance department for two days because their phone line is faulty, i was promised someone would phone me and they did the Wednesday, but i was with a client and asked them to phone me back in 30 mins...well its Sunday now and still waiting for the call!!!<br> <br> Why do i pay more than R800 a month and Insurance for this service? Well im getting a brand new phone from Sony i will not even open the box I want to cancel my contract immidiatley and your joke of a company can take the phone and cancel my contract i would rather move back to Virgin mobile or Cell C shocking service than use you guys!!!!
