I want to cancel my MTN contract but it is absolutely ridiculous service

I went to MTN store and they say that they can not cancel my contract I need to call the call centre, I call the call centre and spoke to Notulu and place me on hold for half an hour an no one answers Call again and speak to Tobeka and she said that it what happens I need to wait 30 minutes to an hour for the to maybe answer,

I asked here is there no email address Tobeka said no I need to wait 30 minutes to cancel my contract and hope that someone answers.

What ****py service is this!?!?!!??! This is absolutely bull

I WANT TO CANCELL MY CONTRACT WITH MTN PLEASE ***

I have been trying to cancel this contact since December, I have sent numerous emails to customer service we are in the 5th month and still no answer,

Is this your way to ***** customers money and to stay afloat to generate money for covid???

My contract is out of contract !!!
