I WANT TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY
I am so sick of MTN's pathetic service. Since September 2014 I have been given the run around with billing and service. I am no longer willing to pay for a service tat I am unable to use. I have not received my data bundle for the last month, prior to that I have had endless issues with my line continuously been suspended just because the DUMB people employed by MTN don't know what they are doing. I had airtime which just disappears from my account, I want proof of my usage!!! MTN is robbing its customers and I will not pay for this service any longer. I want my contract to be terminated before legal action is taken against MTN. I have had enough. I don't have the time or energy to call every month to query with people that don't understand. I will not be paying until this has been resolved!

I do understand and can imagine how frustrating this can be. On checking on your account I do pick up that the data bundles are being loaded on the 21st of every month.
