I want to cancel a contract, but no response

I have logged a cancellation on the website. I have called 809 and requested that cancellation forms be sent to me. No response, no action, just silence. Please contact me to confirm the cancellation. Please also note that this is the first of my remaining three contracts. Cancellation of the other two will follow closer to termination date.
