I want refund

I recently ordered a package from MTN, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The biometric verification system they have in place is a major hassle—every time there’s an issue, it feels impossible to get a straight answer or a quick fix.

When I reached out for assistance, MTN’s customer service was less than helpful. I was told my package would be cancelled due to verification issues, and when I inquired about a manual delivery option, I received conflicting information. Some representatives claimed there was no such option, while others suggested I request it. This inconsistency is confusing and reflects a lack of coordination within MTN’s support team.

What’s worse is that I’m not the only one who’s had these issues, and yet it seems MTN is unwilling to address or improve the process. They don’t seem to care about their potential or current customers, which is truly disappointing.

I’m now requesting a refund so I can take my business to a more competent network like Vodacom. If MTN wants to retain its customer base, it needs to drastically improve its customer service and verification processes.

Let me know if there are any additional points you’d like to add!
