I WANT MY REFUND !!!

I did an early Termination for MTN contract end of May 2024, I overpaid MTN since i just wanted my contract to be cancelled .I was exhausted by their non existence service! I am now struggling to get my refund ,I got a call from DUDU PUSWAYO on the19nth of June around 15:45 and she requested for a proof of account, which I sent to her email address : *** and she confirmed that she received it. She then advised me that my refund will take 24 hours to be paid into my account. Since from then, I call MTN everyday and agents are dropping calls on me , some take me from pilar to post, one told me that cancellations department must assist me ,when I was transferred to cancellations and cancellations department will then tell me that I should be assisted at Retentions. Retentions says cancellation should assist me. Two weeks ago the collections department told me that they will follow up and get back to me, MTN SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!!!Today I called MTN 6 times already but no one is able to help me, I am now TIRED and Exhausted enough! and I JUST WANT MY MONEY PLEASE! Can someone please do their JOB!
