I want my refund

I am very disappointed and frustrated with MTN. I cancelled my contract and took their router to the store so they can process my refund that they able to see on their system everytime I call but to this day they are sending me from piller to post. Everytime I call in they create a new case but he previous cases there is no response on them. When you ask to speak to a superior they transfer you to a different department.
