I want my refund back!!!

If there was am option to give them a 0 rating, I would! Their customer service agents know nothing. MTN momo advertised that I have an option to pay for my license disc online. I paid more than a thousand rand and my money was sent to a 3rd party company, Carlicense.co.za. The company has been asking for my details for a refund for more than a month. I decided to call MTN and they advised that they will be refunding me money. When I call the contact centre, they know nothing about a refund being requested for. I called again and got through to Lwazi who advised that the refund has been authorized. I called today as well to follow up, the agents knew nothing about a refund.
