I WANT MY REFUND

On the 12th of May I ordered Home Internet (R249 deal) that comes with the ZTE Router.

Upon delivery I connected to the router but there was no internet. I called multiple times and I was told I need to give it time, I took the router to the MTN Store at Mall of Tembisa and the lady set it up for me and it was working while I was at the store but when I got home - same issue - no internet. After contacting your coverage team they advised that my area is not covered which was very shocking to me because that would mean your sales people lie to clients just to meet targets because initially I was told my area is covered.

Mall of Tembisa branch took back the router on the 23rd of May but said they cant issue a refund as the order was done online - you would have to process the refund on your side once you received the IRMS number and supporting documents from me confirming that the router has been returned to MTN.

To date I have received no further communication, feedback or REFUND. I've sent the email will all supporting documents and the IRMS number. I JUST NEED MY REFUND.

PLEASE PROCESS MY REFUND AS IN YESTERDAY.
