I WANT MY PHONE BACK
My name is Marionette Onker, residing in Worcester Western Cape.

On the 14th of February 2015 i went to our MTN High Street shop and gave in one of the contract phones Blackberry 9720. Before signing the piece of paper that he printed from the computer, i asked him if the will be any costs to giving the cellphone in for repairs because the phone was working on its own. He then said no and i signed the paper. After a week and a half i called the repair centre and they said that the pfone had been liquad damaged and cant be repaired but i will have to pay a R330 to get the phone back. I said i am not going to pay anything because they didn't work on the phone and the consultant in the store said that there won't be any costs only if a part on the phone had to be replaced. I then asked the consultant to get me back my phone because that wasn't what he told me and he confirmed that he said there wouldn't be any costs. I have called the MTN Highstreet Worcester shop everyday wanting to speak to the consultant and every time he is busy with a client and never calls me back. It's the third week now and no one has called me back. I am not going to pay for a phone that i don't have. Plea
