I WANT MY PHONE!!!
So I bought a cheap R400 phone for my 8 year old daughter at PEP Cell in Eloff street JHB. within 3 weeks the phone was freezing so I took it back. they promised delivery in 3 weeks. 3 weeks passed and I had to go there myself as they were silent. They told me MTN said they would replace the phone and I would hear from them (PEP) last Friday. Again i had to go there as I heard nothing back from them. They shifted the blame to MTN and got them on the line. A rude consultant whose name I have forgotten
