I want my paid up letter MTN

Fistly i was de*****ed on my contract sim, how does one increase my limit without you requesting for my mtn pin, i complained and nothing was done about it. My name and rating was compromised i ended up paying for it Now that im done paying y is it such a hassle to get my paid up letter im being posed from north to south
