I WANT MY NUMBER BACK PLEASE

I went to MTN store (birch acres) for Simswap, I was instructed to go to police station for affidavit and certified ID copy which I did. The lady who helped me named Grace told me to insert the new SIM after 24 hours and boom after 24 hours I didn't get my number back 😠😠 I contacted MTN customer service (135) to enquire and was told that I should go back to the store. On Sunday morning I went to the same store and luckily I found the same lady and she was complaining how I did something wrong blah blah, she did whatever she did on the system and told me the same thing again 😢 insert the SIM after 24 hours damn and guess what! I didn't get my number back, bathong I'm getting tired of this bs. I can't be doing ups and downs at MTN and be treated like some stupid as* , all I want is my number back 😭
