I want my money back

Mtn you are not willing to assist me from query, retentions and customer services is like I am speaking to one person. I spoke to more than 5 different consultants but there is no difference to speak to the manager or supervisor is not possible in their world I need simple answer and my money back. I settled my account with the correct figure given by Gosego 2241,68 was given on the 28 April 2020 valid until 10 May 2020 and made settlement on the 1st May immediate one and phone on the 5/6 for cancelation. From there after debit order went of on the 15 May 2020 Caroline said I was behind with payment and Dimakatso said is tax after settlement two different stories I told Caroline to check if IVR was made on the same date I requested settlement she oh yes you are not behind but I will transfer you to retentions. While Dimakatso said she will request refund and supervisor to call me I don't know if they do not want to speak to me because they know that they ****** me or because of being ***ards guys you are getting paid for nothing you not doing what you have been hired for I need my money back or I will take you to the ombudsman.
