I want my money back

Mtn has a horrible service,I bought super mega 30gig for R217 money was deducted from my bank but never received data

I called customer service they told me their data system was offline which did not make sense

The following day I called again spoke to the gentleman by the name Siyabonga he couldn’t assist and told me he will wait for the supervisor Thabang

After been put on hold for 20min he comes back to tell me no actually Thabang is in the meeting they will call me after n hour ,till to date no1 called passed 84hours now

Mtn I want my money back
