I want my money back!

TERRIBLE customer service After they took money from my account, over R2000 then I made an enquiry to have it reversed back into my account. It’s been over 10 working days. The money is still not back in my account. I called their call center and they gave me a specific number that deals with refunds. I’ve been calling the number it just keeps ringing until it goes to voicemail. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with MTN in almost 10 years of being their loyal customer!!!
