I want my money

I app**** for a cellphone through MTN(Mondo), got an sms that said my application was declined. And the ****mers from Inmobisos called and said I will receive another call and I need to agree on everything in order to get the cellphone including the subscription of 140 that I will cancel as soon as I get my cellphone and never got the phone instead they deducted R140 on the 25th of April I want my money back
