I want my device it's long overdue and I don't recommend mtn

I am writing another review after seating a whole 2 weeks without a phone from MTN insurance I use that phone I need it I have paid for access too I dont know why they are taking long to give me device I would not recommend mtn at all my Id number is *** number *** two weeks is more that enough to do whatever mnt needs to do I need my device asap
