I WANT MY DEVICE!!

I am beyond disappointed with MTN — in fact, disappointed is an understatement. I feel utterly defeated and annoyed at this point.

For the second time, my order has been put on hold and returned to MTN right when it was about to be delivered by DSV. I had to call DSV myself, only to find out that my order would not be coming.

What makes this worse is that none of your agents can give me a straightforward answer. All I get is speculation, endless “escalations,” and absurd explanations that resolve nothing. How is it possible that an entire company like MTN cannot explain why my order has been withdrawn from the courier twice?

This is unacceptable. I want my device delivered without any more excuses or delays. I expect immediate action and clarity, not another round of empty responses.
