I want my data
I loaded a one day bundle using points amd activated it at 19:46 (16/01/2016) i log on Twitter (which is suppose to be free) i chat on whatsapp. At 20:31 an sms comes, i have exceeded 150 mb. Please dont tell me about backgroad apps, videios viewed or if any files were recieved. I know the drill. I know the lies. I just wanna know, how does the R5 35MB last me longer. I even log on instagram and it lasts longer. How is the 24 hour bundle depleting faster. I just want my data. Before u answer me, im ex employee at MTN . I was in this dept. before i blast u on social media Twitter, a straight answer or my data

Kindly be advised that as per PPMED system you had double connection on your phone and your data was purchased at 19:36 not 19:46. Kindly note that with MTN Free Twitter you cannot download /view images &videos as using these features will incur extra costs. Please note that there is no credit due as data bundles were used for internet connection.
