I WANT MY BANK FEES PAID BACK
I made a payment arrangement for a double deduction on 25 January and you decided to deduct R898 from my bank account today. I have been charged R138 by the bank for returning the debit order as a result of no funds in the account. I want this money refunded to me, I am now in overdraft that I don't even have.
