I want my airtime back

<p>On the 12th I loaded R10 airtime, made a 19 second long call and it was gone, I let that go. Today my Top up package was recharged for R110, made calls that lasted less than a minute and now my balance is R0.00! Before you tell me to unsuscribe on some things, I don't have any subscriptions. I pay my contract on time every month and I don't expect this in return. I don't even want to recharge now and I have to make phone calls. Somebody fix this please!</p>
