I want answers!
So seeing as MTN won't respond to my last reply, I'll just write a new complaint.
I would like to know where in your terms and conditions or on my contract does it state that the phones you sell do not support "dual sim"?
Why is MTN selling phones that have the dual sim capabilities but blocking the use of a second sim? I want answers. If this is not in your terms and conditions or on my contract, I would then like to cancel this contract on port my number to a network that does support dual sim!

All the other networks allow you to use dual sim in the phones that support the function!
Would you like me to send you a pic of the dual sim slot on the phone? Should I send you the specifications of the phone where it states that it supports dual sim?
It would be nice if you informed clients that your ****ty network does not support this feature. I want your ****ty software and block removed from this phone or you can cancel my contract and take this phone back!
I want this sorted out and I don't care what you people need to do to sort it out.
