I want answers
I have a contract that i got with a modem that includes 5GB `s of data. all my other numbers get loaded on the 14th however the lady at the Meadowdale store told me now it got loaded on the 12th. It is the 27th and it out of data. I took it out my cupboard yesterday and switched on the mobile modem. It has been off since the 12th. Please explain to me how this data was used.

03 Oct 2018, 09:32Please read my complaint properly. What happened to the 5GB`s that were loaded on the 14th of September. No one used the modem until i took it out on the 26th of September and by the 27th there was no data?????
