I WANT A PHONE NOW!

Mtn insurance, the most pathetic insurer that I have experience in all my years an an MTN client. I have been with out a phone for two months and they are just sitting there like they are running a township tuck shop. If you cannot repair the damn phone then give me a new phone. I can't be waiting 2 months as though I am waiting for a vehicle engine to be replaced. No one has the decency to follow up and update me, I have to be the one calling and emailing only to be responded to after 3 days. You guys are pathetic in terms of customer service. I want a new phone, I am not going to be bul**** by you when I pay so much for that phone which is sitting there gathering dust. Tell you manger to call me, this is *******!!!
