I've literally begged for help!!!!
You know what happened, and I'm still waiting for a decision maker to call me....FROM 21 OCTOBER LAST YEAR!!! MTN boasts good results but their customer service sucks!!! I hate MTN!!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. according to our records the matter was escalated to retentions and they have confirmed that they do not offer the Samsung gear, it is only available at the stores.
